Pasta Primavera

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 - 14 -1/2 oz can chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups broccoli flowerets
  • 2 med carrots, diagonally sliced
  • 1 med onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 med tomato, diced
  • 4 cups hot cooked thin spaghetti

Preparation

Step 1

In cup, stir together cornstarch and 3/4 cup broth; set aside.

In 2 qt saucepan, heat remaining broth, oregano, and garlic powder to boiling. Add broccoli, carrots and onion. Cover; cook 5 min or until vegetables are tender.

Add reserved cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens. Stir constantly. Toss with spaghetti. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
