Superb Seafood Dip (Crockpot)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 C tomato paste
  • 8 oz canned shrimp, drained
  • Vegetable dippers or crackers

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, lemon juice and tomato paste. Blend in seafood, mashing with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Set slow cooker on low to keep dip warm until ready to serve with assorted vegetable dippers and crackers.
