Sriracha Soy Salmon

Ingredients

  • Soy Sriracha Glaze:
  • Salmon for 4 people (roughly 1 lb cut onto 4 slabs)
  • Garlic Powder, Granulated
  • 2 parts Soy (1/2 cup)
  • 1 Part Siracha (1/4 cup)
  • 1 Part Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat to 350.
2. Add aluminum foil to bottom of baking pan.
3. Brush salmon with glaze (generously; its awesome).
4. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
5. Bank for 20 minutes or until done.
