Ingredients
- 1 pint brussel sprouts, outer leaves removed trimed & halved
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemmon, zested & halved
Preparation
Step 1
Steam sprouts in medium pan over 1 1/2" water on highh heat til tender, about 10 min. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salt & cook watching carefull, til butter sizzles and browns slightly, and gives off a nutty aroma. Squeeze juice from lemon halves into the pan and add the zest. Stir in Brussels sprouts, cook, shaking pan occasionally, until warmed through.
