Ingredients
- 15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
Place the first six ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. Mix in the mint, thyme and lemon zest, making sure to reserve a little of each to sprinkle over the top for presentation.
