Great for drizzling over Tuna Steaks, Chicken Thighs / Breasts or Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 T capers
  • 4 T butter
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 t lemon zest
  • 1 T chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

in saute pan, melt butter.
Add - all except parsley and cook 30 seconds
Stir in - parsley and remove from heat.
