Ingredients
- 1 can cola
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 t garlic powder
- 3/4 t ground ginger
- 3/4 t ground mustard
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 6 bone in pork loin chops, 3/4" thick (about 8oz each)
Preparation
Step 1
in a 2 cup measuring cup, combine first seven ingredients. Pour 1 1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic
bag, add chops, seal, turn bag to coat, refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting while cooking.
Drain and discard marinade from pork. Grill, covered over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until meat juices run clear, basting with reserved marinade.
