Cranberry Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 can whole cranberry sauce
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup orange concentrate
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 3 tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and put on pork or chicken.

Continue to baste while cooking.
