Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine the coconut, flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix well.
2. Drop by spoonfulls 1" apart onto a greased baking sheet.
3. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove to wire racks.
* Andrew likes them left out for a bit longer to get "chewy" - about 6 hours.
