Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 4 Tblsp flour
- pinch salt
- 2 c boiling water.
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 egg yolks
Preparation
Step 1
Mix:
first 4 ingredients, stir constantly in double boiler until mixture thickens.
Add:
lemon juice, butter and egg yolks. Cook until thick. Put in 2 cooked pie shells. Top with meringue and brown.
