Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 medium heads of cauliflower
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white rice flour (or regular flour)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic power
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°.
Place water in bowl, then flour, salt, garlic powder and paprika. Whisk till combined.
Cut cauliflower into wing size florets. Dip each into batter, coating well and place on baking sheet. Bake 18-20 min, till slightly brown. Dip and coat in wing sauce. Place back in oven for 5 minutes till crispy. Serve with vegan ranch dip.
