Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups oats
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350F. Lightly coat baking sheets.
2. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with mixer on med-high speed until fluffy. Beat in molasses, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon,and salt (may look curdled). On low speed, beat in flour. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop level tspfuls 1 1/2 inch apart on baking sheets.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes until tops look dry. Cool on baking sheets 1 min before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
