Simple Meat and Potatoes Casserole

  • 1 round steak, cubed
  • 4 -5 russet potatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Cut steak into bite size pieces, flour and brown quickly in hot oil. Put steak into casserole dish, cover with water. Top with sliced onions. Then slice peeled potatoes into thin rounds and completely cover meat and onions, using two or three layers of potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, until potatoes are soft.
