Ingredients
- 1 C soft butter
- 1/2 C icing sugar
- 1/4 TSP salt
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 2 1/4 C flour
- Maraschino cherries, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients and chill 1 hour.
Form dough into balls and insert a cherry into each one. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes. Roll in icing sugar while still warm. Roll in icing sugar again when cool. Let "dry" on a wire rack and put into containers.
