Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 20 oz can pineapple slices, well drained
- maraschino cherries
- walnut halves
- CAKE
- Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Pineapple Supreme cake mix
- 4 serving size vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil

Step 1
Preheat 350
For topping, melt butter over low heat in 12" cast iron skillet; remove from heat and stir in brown sugar; spread to cover bottom of skillet; arrange pineapple slices, cherries and walnut halves in skillet; set aside
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl; beat at medium with electric mixer for 2 min. pour batter evenly over fruit in skillet; bake 1 hr or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; invert to serving platter
