Ingredients
- 8 oz green beans
- 3 cloves of young, fresh garlic
- 0.5 oz of parmigiano reggiano
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook or steam green beans, al dente at this stage
2. Smash the garlic with salt
3. Fry garlic on low heat taking care not to burn it, cause it will turn bitter
4. Add cooked green beans and fry a few more minutes so that the flavours can mix well
5. Adjust taste with salt and pepper if necessary
6. Place of a serving dish, garnish with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano i serve immediately, preferably with glass of white wine
