Mom's Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 - 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1/3 inch)
  • - Salt, Pepper, Paprika
  • 2 - 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1 - 1 cup Water

Preparation

Step 1

- Sprinkle chops with a heavy mixture of salt, pepper, and paprika
- Brown chops in butter (4-5 mins each side)
- When brown, add water and cook on medium-low (add more water if necessary) for 45-50 mins, turning every 15 minutes

- Serve with cabbage sauteed in butter, salt, pepper until soft AND sauteed apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
