Ingredients
- 5 lg potatoes quartered
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3-1/2 cups chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Heat broth and potatoes to boil
Reduce to medium; cover; cook for 10 min., drain reserving broth
Mash potatoes with 1/4 cup broth, cream, butter and pepper
