Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. chili-garlic sauce (found in international aisle)
- 3 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- kosher salt
- 3 tbsp. oil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine chili-garlic sauce & pineapple juice.
Add chicken and toss to coat.
Separate bowl combine bread crumbs, ½ tsp salt & oil.
Coat chicken & transfer to baking sheet.
Bake until cook through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
