Ingredients

  • 1

    tbsp. chili-garlic sauce (found in international aisle)

  • 3

    tbsp. pineapple juice

  • 4

    chicken breasts

  • 3/4

    cup bread crumbs

  • kosher salt

  • 3

    tbsp. oil

Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine chili-garlic sauce & pineapple juice. Add chicken and toss to coat. Separate bowl combine bread crumbs, ½ tsp salt & oil. Coat chicken & transfer to baking sheet. Bake until cook through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
