Orange-Gingered Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash
  • 1 T frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
  • 1 T honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • ground cinnamon
  • 2 orange slices--garnish after squash is baked

Preparation

Step 1

Cut squash in half and discard seeds. Mix O.J, honey, and spices. Pour over squash. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Garnish with 2 orange slices after squash is baked.
