Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash
- 1 T frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
- 1 T honey
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- ground cinnamon
- 2 orange slices--garnish after squash is baked
Preparation
Step 1
Cut squash in half and discard seeds. Mix O.J, honey, and spices. Pour over squash. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Garnish with 2 orange slices after squash is baked.
