Veggie Salad (GG Beck)

Ingredients

  • 1 can french green beans
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cans white nibblet corn
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 can small baby peas
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 jar chopped pimento
  • 1-cup sugar
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1-tsp. salt
  • 1 chopped white onion
  • 1-tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oil, vinegar sugar, salt & pepper.

Mix well to blend and dissolve sugar.

Pour over DRAINED veggies.

Refrigerate & let sit overnight.
