Ingredients
- 8-9 Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 cups Half & half
- 8 oz. Shredded Chedder Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil Clean skin on potatoes until tender.
When cool, remove skins and Grate.
Melt butter with half and half.Add salt
and mix with potatoes and cheese.
Bake in 9 x 13 greased pan for 1 1/4 hours at 350.
For added color, grate a little cheese on top for the last 15 minutes.
