Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1/4 green pepper (sliced)
- 2 slices roast beef
- 2 slices cheese (swiss or provolone, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon gravy (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter (room temperature)
- 2 slices bread
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Add the onion and saute until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the green pepper and saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Assemble sandwich and grill until golden brown on both sides.
