Ingredients
- 4 Cups Dry Kidney Beans
- 8 Cups Boiling Water
- 3 Cups Chopped Onions
- 1 Pint Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Seeded & Chopped)
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 4 Chili Peppers (Seeded & Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Worchestshire Sauce
- 6 Tbs Chili Powder
- 2 Tbls Dry Mustard
- 2 Tbls Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbls Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1) Wash & Soak Beans Overnite
2) Combine all and Boil 5 Min on M/H Heat
3) Fill Jars with Beans and then fill with liquid
4) Process Pints 75 Minutes in Pressure Canner @ 15#
10 Pints or 5 Quarts
