    Cups Dry Kidney Beans

    Cups Boiling Water

  • 3

    Cups Chopped Onions

    Pint Stewed Tomatoes

    Red Bell Pepper (Seeded & Chopped)

    Cloves Garlic

    Chili Peppers (Seeded & Chopped)

    Cup Worchestshire Sauce

    Tbs Chili Powder

  • 2

    Tbls Dry Mustard

  • 2

    Tbls Brown Sugar

    Tbls Salt

    Tsp Pepper

Directions

1) Wash & Soak Beans Overnite 2) Combine all and Boil 5 Min on M/H Heat 3) Fill Jars with Beans and then fill with liquid 4) Process Pints 75 Minutes in Pressure Canner @ 15# 10 Pints or 5 Quarts
