Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Dry Kidney Beans
  • 8 Cups Boiling Water
  • 3 Cups Chopped Onions
  • 1 Pint Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Seeded & Chopped)
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 Chili Peppers (Seeded & Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Worchestshire Sauce
  • 6 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbls Dry Mustard
  • 2 Tbls Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbls Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) Wash & Soak Beans Overnite
2) Combine all and Boil 5 Min on M/H Heat
3) Fill Jars with Beans and then fill with liquid
4) Process Pints 75 Minutes in Pressure Canner @ 15#



10 Pints or 5 Quarts
