- I lb- Shrimp, cooked,peeled,deveined and chopped
- 2 med. Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 med. Avocados, ripe, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro, minced
- 1 med. Red Pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup Scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Cucumber, chopped,seeded,peeled
- 3 tbsp Lime luice
- 1 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded, chopped
- I tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
