Mexican Chef Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 oz. grated cheese
  • 8 oz. 1000 island dressing
  • Hot sauce & picante sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bag Doritos, crunched
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown seasoned ground beef, drain and add beans. Add hot sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes. Make the salad using the remaining ingredients. Add hot meat mixture to the cold salad and toss.
