Baked Chicken with Peaches

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • dash of groung ginger
  • dash of ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in 8 x 8 baking dish and sprinkle with 1/4 c. brown sugar. Place peach slices over chicken, then sprinkle wih remaining 1/4 c. brown sugar, ginger, cloves and lemon juice.

Bake for about 30 min. in 350 degree oven, basting often with juices, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
