Ingredients
- Thinly sliced veal cutlets, as many as you will need, plan 3 per person
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Dip cutlets in beaten egg and dredge with breadcrumbs. Fry in skillet with butter and olive oil. This is best served with homemade French fries.
