Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks cream cheese
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz mayo
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz spinach
  • dash hot sauce
  • pepper
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz crab meat
  • 1 oz onion chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 artichoke hearts (canned)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and cheese with hand mixer. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with spoon. Spread in dish and bake at 380 degrees until hot through. Serve with pita/chips.
