Ingredients
- 20 slices white bread
- 4-oz blue cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 can asparagus spears, drained
- 1 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Remove crust from bread & flatten with rolling pin.
Combine cheese & egg in small bowl. Spread evenly on bread.
Pace one spear on each slice, roll up & secure with 3 toothpicks.
Dip into melted butter.
Place in baking dish & freeze overnight.
Partially thaw & slice each roll into 3 equal pieces before cooking.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
