Strawberry Cake

Best cake ever, very moist and flavorful.

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 sm box strawberry jello
• 1/2 cup chopped strawberries (fresh)
• FROSTING
• 1/2 cup chopped strawberries (fresh)
• 1 stick oleo, softened
• 1 box powdered sugar (3 1/2 cups)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil water and strawberry jello. When combined, stir in 1/2 c strawberries. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let Cool.

Frosting: Mix all until smooth and spread on cake. Keep cake refrigerated.
