Potato Celery Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 Medium Potatoes, Peeled and Cut in 1/2" cubes
  • 1 Cup of Diced Celery
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 3 Chicken Bouillion cubes
  • 2 1/2 Cups of Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 5 Tbsp of Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine First 6 ingredients.
Cook over Medium Heat for 15 minutes.
Add Milk and Butter and Heat
Garmish with Parsley
