Ruth's GF peach kuchen

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • peach slices (fresh, canned or frozen)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter til crumbly. Place in a 9x13 pan and pat down. Mix in egg yolks and cream.

Place peach slices in rows on crust and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees - 15 min
