Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 to 10 lamb chops
  • 1 cup Plockmens mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Wasabi
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • A handful of chopped rosemary
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and coat chops. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours. Grill 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
