Blackberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp of Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp of Blackberry Jello
  • 4 Cups of Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 9" Baked Pie Shell
  • Whipped Cream (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Sugar, Cornstarch, and Water and cook over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add Blackberry Jello and Stir until dissolved.
Gently Stir in Fresh Blackberries.
Pour into Pie shell and chill until firm.
Add Whipped Cream (optional)
