SWEET POTATOE DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen sweet potatoe patties (I found these at Kroger in the freezer where they have the frozen fish sticks)
  • 2 cans cresent rolls
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup water
  • cinnamon, pecans Optional

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw sweet potatoe patties and cut each one in half. Roll each half in a cresent roll and place in sprayed pan.
Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter and water. Pour over cresent rolls.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans if desired
Bake 350 for 35-40 min.
