Squash Pickles

Ingredients

  • 8 cups sliced squash
  • 2 cups onions
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 T salt
  • Mix and stand 1 hour
  • Boil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cup vinegar
  • 2 T mustard seed
  • 1 t celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Put squash in mixture and boil about 15 minutes

Put in jars and seal
