Catalina Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Catalina salad dressing
  • 1 pkg dried onion soup mix
  • 1 cup apricot preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine salad dressing, onion soup mix and preserves. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours. Do not cook on high heat.

Serve over hot cooked rice.
