Party Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 box (15.3 oz) Hungry Jack mashed potatoes
• 6 c water
• 2 c milk
• 1.5 sticks butter
• 16 oz cream cheese
• 2 tsp garlic salt & onion salt
• 16 oz sour cream
• Chives - optional
• Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Heat water, butter, garlic and onion salts to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, milk and sour cream. Stir until smooth. Stir in potatoes, mixing until all are combined. Spread into dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 1 hour until golden brown.
