Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Water (warm)
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2-1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1-1/4 cups Unbleached White Flour
  • 1/3 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 2 Tbsp Pecan Halves ground
  • 2 Tbsp Org. Brown Flaxseed Meal
  • 2 tsp Date Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Makes a 2lb. loaf. Machine—made on dough cycle, put in regular pans, let rise until double and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Makes 1 - 2 lb loaf (16 slices).
