- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2-1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1-1/4 cups Unbleached White Flour
- 1/3 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
- 2 Tbsp Pecan Halves ground
- 2 Tbsp Org. Brown Flaxseed Meal
- 2 tsp Date Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Step 1
Makes a 2lb. loaf. Machine—made on dough cycle, put in regular pans, let rise until double and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Makes 1 - 2 lb loaf (16 slices).
