Spaghetti and Meat Balls - Grandma Boschert's recipe

Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • 2 cans warm water
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t Italian seasoning
  • dash pepper
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 t parsley
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 piece bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T parmesan cheese
  • onion salt
  • 1/2 t Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat for 2 hours. Add meatballs the last half hour.

Mix all ingredients for meatballs, Form into balls. Brown in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
