Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni shells
- 3/4 cup broccoli
- 3/4 cup cauliflower
- 1 carrot (slivered)
- 1/4 cup cucumbers
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 Tb. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tb. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tb. dried onion
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the macaroni, drain, rise, and cool. Boil the egg. Cut vegetables and mix it with the macaroni and egg.
Mix the other ingredients in a bowl and stir in the other mixture. Chill in refrigerator.
