Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 cups onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. beef flavoring
- 1/2 cup plain vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup red wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup cooked noodles
- 1 can mushrooms
- cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
1. slice steak thinly. Coat skillet with spray and place over med/high heat.
2. saute steak with mushrooms and onion for 10 minutes until tender.
3. remove from heat and drain and pat dry.
4. cook in same sauce pan butter then stir in flour till smooth and cook 1 minute.
5. While constantly stirring andd water and beef flavoring. heat till thick and bubbly.
6. mix yogurt, sour cream, wine, salt & pepper.
7. add steak and return heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Do not boil.
Pour over noodles.
