Ingredients
- 20-24 large shrimp
- 8 oz. white wine
- 2 t oregano
- 1/4 lb melted butter
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Clean and devein shrimp; split fantail fashion. Combine wine, oregano, melted butter, garlic and garlic powder. Arrange shrimp in shallow casserole and cover with 3/4 of the marinade. Bake 12-15 mins in 425 deg oven. Cook linguine, drain and mix with remaining marinade.
