Honey Roasted Carrots with Ginger & Rosemary

Ingredients

  • baby carrots
  • honey
  • butter
  • fresh rosemary leaves
  • fresh ginger (grated fine)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 and select baking pan
Rinse carrots and lay out on baking pan in single layer
Melt honey and butter together
Grate (fine) ginger into honey/butter mixture
Baste honey/butter/ginger on carrots
Sprinkle fresh rosemary leaves over carrots
Put pan in 450 oven
After 10 minutes, shake pan so carrots move aroung a bit
Return to oven for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and place in serving dish
Sprinkle a few more rosemary leaves on top
Serve - yummy!
