Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1 - 6 oz strawberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 cups chilled strawberries,
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 1 scant cup sugar
- 1 - 8 oz Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, brown sugar and pretzels. Mix well and press into lightly buttered 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Dissolve jello in boiling water, while still hot add chilled strawberries. Set aside to cool. Meanwhile cream sugar and cream cheese and fold into cool whip. Spread mixture over cooled crust. When jello begins to set, pour it over the cream cheese. Refrigerate until firm.
