Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb stew meat
- 4 tbls flour
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbls shortening
- 2 cans onion soup
- 1 soup can of water
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 oz pkg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Dredge beef in flour and pepper. Brown in skillet in shortening. When browned, add soup, water and bay leaf. Allow to simmer three hours. Remove bay leaf. Cook noodles. Serve tips over noodles.
